ITIN loans are designed to help borrowers that live and work in the United States with an individual tax ID number but no social security number.

What is a ITIN loan?

An ITIN mortgage loan is a specialized home financing option for non-U.S. citizens such as immigrants, DACA recipients, or foreign nationals who do not have a Social Security number but possess an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). These non-qualified mortgages (non-QM) allow borrowers to buy homes or refinance, typically requiring higher down payments (10%–25%) and documentation of two years of tax returns and income.
